COMPONENT FLIGHTS

TO START
There is a phrase or an ideology that crosses over the drinking cultures of Japan and the West. It is the notion of ‘toriaezu’ or in English, ‘first of all’ or, ‘to start.’ In Europe, there is an entire category which we know as apéritif and aperitivo cultures. This is the first drink in your hand. It is the go-to drink. The thing you don’t have to think too much about.
